Optical fibre can be used in many different applications such as, hotels, offices, new build flats, but most existing flats can be upgraded and converted to fibre.

It is also possible to use optical fibre to distribute combined satellite, uhf tv and radio signals around new housing estates to eliminate the need for each home owner having to install a satellite dish and/or a uhf aerial on their smart new home.
